| 内容記述 | 科学が進み高度に発展した現代の医学モデルは、病気によって生じている人々の心身の苦しみといった心理的な反応には対応できていない。それは、医学が疾病の科学的な研究を目的としているからである。しかし、そこには、人間の価値観や社会文化的背景が色濃く反映されなければならないはずであるが、科学的になり過ぎた医学は、科学思想が先行するあまり人間という存在自体を希薄化させている。その医学モデルを基とする医療モデルは、実際の治療現場で患者の心理を軽視しているのである。病気を臓器に起因する問題としてだけ捉えて解決を図るために、病んでいる人の心を重んじなくなってしまった。それが患者が障害をもつ人々(Person With a Disability : 以後PWD)PWDとなった時点でより深刻となる。現代の医学モデルを基本とする医療モデルでは、PWDの心の問題は解決できない。特に、患者の心理的な対応に遅れる日本医療は、到底対処できないのが理解できる。そのため、人に重きをおいて心身の社会復帰を目指すリハビリの思想を取り入れることによって、PWDの社会復帰が実現できると考え論述するものである。リハビリと障害は密接な関係にあるので、障害の歴史的な変遷を辿り、PWDの苦難を確認することが必要であると考えた。そして、障害を理解した上でリハビリが目指す社会復帰を成功するためには、ADが欠かせないという理由を述べ、その意義と取り組みを論じて重要性を説いていく。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The contemporary medical model whom science advances, and developed highly cannot cope with psychosomatic pains of people occurring in by a disease and the psychologic reaction that said. It is because medicine is aimed for scientific study of disease. However, a color is dark, and, there, human sense of values and social cultural background must be reflected, but rarefaction can put presence in itself to say with a human in scientific medicine because science thought goes ahead. The medical model who assumes the medical model group makes light of psychology of the patient in the real treatment spot. We did not respect a heart of a sick man we caught a disease only as a problem to be due to an organ, and to plan solution. It depends at a point in time when it became people (Person With a Disability,:, PWD) PWD which the patient has a disorder toward and becomes serious. In the medical model that assumes a contemporary medical model basics, it cannot solve a cardiac problem of PWD. What cannot deal absolutely can understand in particular Japan medical treatment to be late for psychologic correspondence of the patient. Therefore we think that we can realize rehabilitation of PWD by taking in thought of the rehabilitation which we put weight to a man, and aim at a psychosomatic comeback to normal life and enunciate. Because we had a close relation, rehabilitation and a disorder traced the change of dyscrasic history and thought that we required that we confirmed hardship of PWD. And AD describes a reason to be indispensable to succeed by a comeback to normal life that rehabilitation aims at after having understood a disorder and we deal with the significance and an action and preach importance. | |||||||||||
