| 内容記述 | 本稿では、男性保育者の現状と課題を把握するため、本学の近郊各市における保育現場の施設長、及び男性保育者に質問紙調査を実施して分析をおこない考察を加えた。具体的には本学の卒業生を多く受け入れていただいている保育所（園）及び、認定こども園の施設長、つまり保育・幼児教育の現場の責任者に質問紙調査を実施して、男性保育者の割合が保育の現場において増えることについての是非、並びに養成校で学修し習得しておいて欲しいと考える内容やスキルについて、男性保育者の意義や役割を含めて具体的に尋ね現状を把握し、分析し考察を加えた。そして、実際に園で乳幼児の保育に携わっている男性保育者に質問紙調査を実施して、意義やメリットを課題等も含めて尋ね、さらに保育者効力感調査も併せておこない、分析し考察を試みた。結果、多くの施設長が男性保育者の増加を望んでいることが判り、また男子学生及び、養成校に期待し望む学修内容や習得スキルに関しての課題が明らかになった。そして男性保育者の多くが、保育者としての効力感を十分に持ち勤務し、自信をもって保育にあたっていることが明らかになった。 ※本稿では保育所（園）の保育士及び認定こども園の保育教諭を保育者とする |

| 内容記述 | In this paper, in order to understand the current situation and issues of male childcare workers, we conducted a questionnaire survey of the facility managers of childcare sites in each city near the university and male childcare workers, and analyzed them. Specifically, we conducted a questionnaire survey of the nursery school (garden) that accepts many graduates of our university and the facility manager of the Centers for Early Childhood Educa-tion, that is, the person in charge of the nursery school, and the percentage of male nursery teachers is high. We asked specifically about the pros and cons of increasing in the field of childcare, as well as the content and skills that we would like you to learn and acquire at the training school, including the significance and role of male childcare workers, and grasp and analyze the current situation. Added consideration. Then, we conducted a questionnaire survey of male childcare workers who are actually involved in childcare in the garden, asked about their significance and merits, including issues, and also conducted a childcare worker efficacy survey for analy-sis. I tried to consider it. As a result, it was found that many facility managers wanted to increase the number of male childcare workers, and it became clear that there were issues regarding the learning content and acquisition skills expected of male students and training schools.
