UNIVERSITY","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我が国において、看護師確保のための対策は急務である。しかし、看護師の就労環境は夜勤・交代勤務に加え、時間外労働の長さのみならず、2008年以降、残業手当がない無給残業の実態が数多く報告されている。無給残業が行われる理由のひとつに、看護師の就労に対する認識の問題があるのではないかと考えた。本稿では、看護師が就労者として正当な権利を自覚するための手がかりを得ることを目的に、病棟勤務看護師の無給残業と就労観の関連を調べた。その結果、日常的に「無給残業」を遂行していると回答した者は回答者全体の36.0%(n=125)、「無給残業」は「重要」と回答した者は38.9%(n=135)であった。「無給残業」遂行の有無と「無給残業」に対する考え方に有意な関連はなかった(p=0.32)。「無給残業」を「重要」と考える者は、そうでない者に比べ、「c.患者に対する献身」「i.有給残業の遂行」を「重要」と考える者の人数の割合が有意に高かく(「c.患者に対する献身」p=0.01,「i.有給残業の遂行」p=0.00)、「無給残業」を「重要」と考え且つ「無給残業」を遂行している者は、「無給残業」を「重要」と考え且つ「無給残業」を遂行していない者に比べ、「e.同僚の看護観の受容」を「重要」と考える者の人数の割合が有意に高かった(p=0.04)。以上のことから、「患者への献身」や「同僚の看護観の受容」の重要性の認識のもとに「無給残業」を「重要」と考え実施している看護師と、自らの意思とは無関係にやむを得ず「無給残業」を実施している看護師が存在することがわかった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文種類","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究ノート","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15110/00000795","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_3_publisher_22":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"四條畷学園大学看護学部","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_3_source_id_1":{"attribute_name":"収録物識別子","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12801691","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"},{"subitem_source_identifier":"24334987","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
