College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"四條畷学園短期大学の清風学舎と北条学舎の間に位置する地域は、飯森山や森を表す「もり」と、河内弁で「近く」を表す「ねき（根際）」の２つの言葉を組み合わせて「もりねき（morineki）」と名付けられ、大阪府大東市と民間企業である大東公民連携まちづくり事業株式会社によって「北条まちづくりプロジェクト（morinekiプロジェクト）」として、一体的・段階的に開発が進められてきた。2020年12月、「もりねき」に本社を移転し、「普段暮らしのエンタテインメントパーク“Keitto”」開設の準備中であった株式会社ノースオブジェクトより、同社が2021年３月にオープンを予定しているレストラン“Keitto Ruokala”および「もりねき食堂」の新規メニュー開発のご提案をいただいた。そこでライフデザイン総合学科「食・健康」エリアの授業「食生活アドバイザー」「フードマネジメント・メニュープランニング」を受講する学生４名に呼びかけ「morinekiメニュー考案プロジェクト」をスタートした。指導では、健康、栄養、おいしさを意識させながら、学生の自由な発想と感性を尊重してメニュー提案に導いた。学生の提案について、株式会社ノースオブジェクト社員の方々と、栄養、外観、コストなどあらゆる角度から検討を重ね、試食評価を経て、健康的で栄養バランスが良く、盛り付けの彩りも美しい２つの和食ランチセット「美意識高い系定食」と「健康意識高い系定食」を完成した。\n　この間、株式会社ノースオブジェクトと四條畷学園短期大学は、ライフデザインの分野で連携し、相互の発展のため、また生活（衣、食、健康、その他）の質の向上、生活に係る人材育成などに関して連携、協力することで合意し、協定を締結した。\n　完成した２つの和食ランチセットは、「もりねき食堂」の新規メニューとして商品化が実現した。「美意識高い系定食」は、2021年５月15日に50食限定販売され、株式会社ノースオブジェクトのプレスリリース、および読売新聞５月15日（土）朝刊（ｐ.24「地域」に掲載）により情報発信された。「健康意識高い系定食」は、2021年７月13日に50食限定販売され、わずか３時間のうちに完売となり、地域の方々にご好評をいただいた。このように、今回の産学連携活動において一定の成果を得ることができたので報告する。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文種類","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究報告","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Report
