(3) Research Ⅱ was held in a questionnaire survey toward teachers at nursery training schools. The result showed the merits and challenges based on the activities of intergenerational exchange, the learning and challenges of students at the training stage and furthermore the contents and methods to be taught. (4) The result and consideration for Research I and Ⅱ show three abilities necessary to carry out intergenerational exchange as follows (1) understanding toward the elderly generation, (2) ability to practice intergenerational exchange, (3) ability to collaborate.
