College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2011年（平成23）年「里親委託ガイドライン」に社会的養護における代替養護において里親委託優先の原則が掲げられ10年が経った。本研究報告では筆者自身が養育里親として取り組んできた約５年間を振り返りながら里親養育の現状と課題について整理すると共に考察を行う。子どもの権利擁護に適った社会的養護のあり方として果たして現状の里親養育が十分なのか、また不十分とするならば何が足らないのか。里親の家庭的な生活の方が施設の集団生活より子どもたちにとっては良いだろうという考え方は理に適っているのだろうか。また、諸外国の里親による代替養護は子どもたちの権利を果たして擁護できていると言えるのだろうか。そして、何より現在の里親養育は子どもたちの権利を擁護できているのだろうか。それらのことを踏まえ里親養育の現状と取り組むべき課題について整理すると共にこれまで施設で培われてきた養護と比較し検証を試みる。　本研究報告は、まさに筆者の養育里親としての日々の実践から見えてきた課題についてまとめ考察するものである。それはあくまで里親養育の否定ではなく、いつに子どもの権利擁護に適ったより良い里親養育に繋げていくためであることを申し添えておく。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文種類","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究報告","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Report
