| 内容記述 | 本研究では、人が過去の出来事をどのように記憶しているか、そしてその出来事にどのように感情が関係しているかを検討した。手がかり語を用いた再想起実験を99名の女子大学生に実施した。彼女らは、10個の手がかり語をもとに、これまでの人生の範囲と、最近の一ヶ月の範囲から、個人的なエピソードを思い出すよう求められた。結果から、人生条件においては一週間後に想起されたエピソードが忘れられたエピソードより、悲しみの感情が強く、嬉しさと楽しさの感情が弱いことが示された。一方、一ヶ月条件では、一週間後に想起されたエピソードが忘れられたエピソードより、すべての感情において強い傾向があった。人はライフヒストリースキーマを再構成しながら、過去の失敗を繰り返さないようにしている可能性がある。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study was carried out to investigate how people store past events in their memory and how their emotions are related with those events. Experiments of recalling on the cue-words were performed with 99 female undergraduate students as participants. Given ten cue-words,they reported on their specific personal episodes that happened both in their whole life and during a recent one-month period. They were asked to recall these episodes again a week later. The results showed that,so far as the episodes in the whole life were concerned,the ones recalled in a week interval were more sorrowful and unpleasant than the ones forgotten in that time period. On the other hand,in case of the episodes in a recent one month,the ones recalled in a week interval tended to have stronger emotions than the ones forgotten in all types of affection. It may be argued that people are trying to rweconstruct their life history schema not to repeat their failure. | |||||||||||
