| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、保育実習における評価について着目し、実習生に対する保育所からの評価及び実習生の自己評価を分析し、比較検討することにより、本学の学生の保育所実習における課題や問題点等を明らかにすること、そして実習指導の内容と質の充実に繋げていくことである。具体的には、実習生に対する保育実習1についての実習園からの総合評価及び項目ごとの評価を直近3年間について整理分析して考察を加え、また事後指導で作成した実習生による自己評価と比較検討することにより、本学学生の実習における課題や問題点を明らかにし、保育実践能力の向上への取り組みについての方向性や展望を探ることであり、ひいては保育実習指導1の授業並びに、事前及び事後指導の一層の充実と改善向上に繋げ、さらにはそのより良い在り方を探ることに資することである。 | |||||
