| 内容記述 | 目的：母性看護学実習の一環である地域母子支援実習が看護学生自らの親性準備性にもたらす変化と属性との関係を明らかにする。 対象と方法：看護系大学3年次2017年度60名、2018年度65名を対象に地域母子支援実習前後の親性準備性の縦断調査を行った。地域母子支援実習前後の親性準備性尺度の22項目の合計得点と下位尺度である「乳幼児への好意感情」、「育児への積極性」得点を属性ごとに実習前後で比較した。 結果：地域母子支援実習前の親性準備性得点は、実習後は有意に高く変化した。属性では男子学生、実習開始前より高い親性準備性得点である学生は実習後に高くなったが、有意な変化はなかった。下位尺度では、「乳幼児への好意感情」得点は全属性で有意に高く変化したが、「育児への積極性」得点は女子学生以外は有意に変化しなかった。 結論：地域母子支援実習は看護学生の親性準備性の乳幼児の好意感情は高くするが、育児への積極性を高くするには至らないことが示唆された。属性では学生の性差、子どもや母性看護への興味の有無に着眼した関わりが必要である。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: To identify the related between changes and attributes in students’readiness for parenthood after training in maternity and childcare in the community in maternal nursing practice. Method: A longitudinal survey was conducted to investigate readiness for parenthood among 60 in 2017 and 65 in 2018 third-year undergraduate nursing students before and after training. We compared the total score of 22 items The Readiness of Parenthood Scale and the subscales “the affection towards babies”, “the child-rearing drive” before and after training for each attribute. Results: The readiness of parenthood score before training in maternity and childcare in the community was significantly higher after the training. The male student's the readiness of parenthood score increased after the training, but there was no significant change. On the subscales, the scores for “affection towards babies”changed significantly for all attributes, but the scores for“the child-rearing drive”; did not changes significantly except for female students. Discussion: It was suggested that training in maternity and childcare in the community develops the readiness of parenthood of nursing students. In attributes, It is necessary to provide guidance that focuses on gender, interest in children and maternal nursing in students. |
