| 内容記述 | 保育現場での世代間交流実践に関する実態調査と養成校教員の世代間交流に関する教授内容やその意識について調査した結果、保育の中で世代間交流を実践するためには、保育者養成の段階で高齢者理解や世 代間交流の実践力、多様な人々と連携する力を養成することが重要であるということが分かった。子どもたちが多様な人々とかかわり、相手を理解し心地よい関係を築いていくために、世代間交流の普及は今後ますます重要な実践課題であり、そのための保育者養成教育を探究していくことが求められている。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | (1) The purpose of this study is to show the necessity of university education to promote intergenerational exchange between the children generation and the elderly generation. ⇒(2) Research 1 shows the analysis and consideration concerning the result on questionnaire and good examples in nursery teacher training school. (3) Research Ⅱ was held in a questionnaire survey toward teachers at nursery training schools. The result showed the merits and challenges based on the activities of intergenerational exchange, the learning and challenges of students at the training stage and furthermore the contents and methods to be taught. (4) The result and consideration for Research I and Ⅱ show three abilities necessary to carry out intergenerational exchange as follows (1) understanding toward the elderly generation, (2) ability to practice intergenerational exchange, (3) ability to collaborate. Consequently, this result of the consideration led us to the conclusion that it should be necessary to reconsider curriculum because of differences in recognition and experience towards intergenerational exchange among universities and teachers there, so that students should acquire experiential learning of specific practice as workers to help children, significance and purpose of its intergenerational exchange and its specific practice content. | |||||||||||
